What format are the photos in?
All TouchPhotography photos are in the highest quality JPG format. If you require another format, please contact us for a quote.

Do the photos contain text or borders?
No. All stock photos are free of any graphic design.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
The only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Yanik Chauvin for TouchPhotography.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the TouchPhotography photos that I download?
Yes. While TouchPhotography offers great freedoms and a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Please click HERE to view our complete licensing agreement.

POSTERS

What type of paper do you print on?
Each TouchPhotography print is an ORIGINAL and is printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive professional photographic paper, processed through Kodak RA-4 chemistry. The archival qualities of this process is 50+ years, before fading may occur. This is the same process that you would find at your better professional labs. All prints have a silky matte finish for easy handling and care. Images are not printed on cheap poster paper.

Can I scan a poster and use it as stock photography?
No. Purchased posters do not grant you a stock photography license. If you wish to use a poster image as stock, please use the contact form to receive a quote.

What currency are the prices in?
Prices are in US dollars.

Are payments secure on TouchPhotography?
Absolutely! We take security very seriously. All of your payments are processed through Paypal, a global leader in Internet payment. TouchPhotography never receives your credit card information. You don't need to register with Paypal to process your payment.

Do you offer refunds?
For stock photos, once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis. For posters, refunds are possible with proof of damaged prints.

Why does it take longer to ship to Canada?
Our professional printing lab is in the US and since 9/11 customs are more diligent. Once your order is processed, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your posters (the average is usually 2 weeks).

Why am I charged sales tax?
If your Paypal address is within Canada, GST (5%) is charged. If your address in within the province of Quebec, QST (7.5%) is added to the GST.

There's a big TOUCHPHOTOGRAPHY in the center of each image on the Website. Will this show on my purchased product?
No. This is simply a watermark to protect the images from being illegally copied.
